ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2 - 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is being processed!

STORE PICKUP - Rütistrasse 2, 8640 Rapperswil

Orders can be picked up daily, from MO - FR 7am - 6pm as well as SA - SO 9am - 6pm.

An email will be sent as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose your preferred shipping option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Switzerland.

If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 5 business days using Swiss Post.

We do not ship outside of Switzerland at this time. Please contact us for any international shipping request.
