 0.5 Litres Olio Puro extra virgin olive oil comes from the olive trees around the Masseria Torre Abate Risi in Apulia. Some of the imposing olive trees have been enjoying the sun, the warm climate and the incomparable landscape for thousands of years. The result is an exclusive production of 2'000 bottles of best olive oil per season.

The quality seal "Extravergine" stands for the highest quality class of an olive oil. Cold pressing not only preserves the incomparable taste of the olive oil - it also preserves the many valuable ingredients. Olio Puro Extravergine is therefore a real all-rounder among foodstuffs, whose positive effects on our health are manifold.

Olio Puro has the following nutraceutical (nutraceutical from English nutrition 'nutrition' and pharmaceutical 'pharmaceutical') properties, among others:

Neutral Omega-9 fats
Olio Puro owes its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties to them. The polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats also help fight LDL cholesterol, especially when consumed daily in the morning on an empty stomach.

Polyphenols
The polyphenols contained in Olio Puro are noticeable in the oil through a bitter and/or pungent taste. They stimulate the immune system, promote intestinal health and keep microcirculation efficient.

Vitamin E
